Every case ships free. Here's where we deliver, how long it takes, and how to track it.

Free worldwide shipping

Every order ships free to every country we serve. No minimum spend, no code to enter, no last-minute surcharge at checkout. Your case is sent with a tracked service from the print partner closest to your shipping address.

Production time

Every case is printed on demand just for you. From checkout to handover to the carrier: 1–2 business days. You'll get an email with a tracking link the moment your case leaves the factory.

Transit time is the carrier's business-day estimate after production. Total time from order to doorstep is production time + transit time. Customs delays, holidays, and weather can occasionally push things longer — if your package is more than 3 business days past the upper bound, email us and we'll investigate on your behalf.

Where we don't ship (yet)

We don't currently ship to mainland China, Russia, or any country under active US trade restrictions. If your country isn't in the checkout country picker, it means we can't reliably ship there today. Drop us a note and we'll let you know when that changes.

Tracking

You get a tracking email the moment the carrier scans your package. You can also sign in and visit your orders to see the latest status for every order tied to your email.

Customs, duties, and taxes

For orders shipping to the US, UK, and EU, all applicable duties and taxes are paid upfront by us (Delivered Duty Paid). You should not see any courier bill at delivery. For a handful of other destinations (AU, NZ, JP, KR, HK, TW, SG, CH, NO), we DDP when the courier supports it; if it doesn't, the courier may bill destination-country VAT at delivery. This is rare but worth knowing.

Lost or undelivered packages

If tracking says delivered but you didn't receive it, check with neighbors and your local sorting facility first. If it's still missing after 3 days, email us with your order number. We ship a free replacement right away — the carrier investigation continues separately.
