These terms ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("you", "your") and CaseDesign.AI ("we", "us"). By using our website, designing a case, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
CaseDesign.AI lets you upload a photo, generate a new image from it using AI style transfer, preview the result on a mockup of your exact phone, and order the design as a printed phone case. Each case is printed on demand by our print partners.
2. Account and eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA) to use the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the email, shipping address, and payment details you provide. If you sign in with Google, your use is also subject to Google's terms.
3. Your content, your responsibility
You retain full ownership of every photo you upload and of the AI-generated artwork derived from it. By uploading a photo you represent that:
- You own it, or have the right to upload it for this purpose.
- You are not uploading a photo that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights.
- The content is not illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or designed to harass or defame another person.
You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, print, and ship your design for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order. We do not train AI models on your uploads.
4. Prohibited uploads
We reserve the right to refuse any order where the uploaded photo appears to violate Section 3, including (non-exhaustively):
- Celebrity portraits, athletes, or other public figures used without permission.
- Sports team logos, corporate logos, or currency used without permission.
- Images that sexualize any person, especially minors.
- Violent, gory, or hateful imagery.
- Anything that would place us in legal jeopardy to print.
If we cancel an order for these reasons, we refund it in full.
5. Pricing, payment, and discounts
All prices are in US dollars and include applicable VAT / sales tax where we are registered. Prices can change, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay for that order. Payments are processed by Stripe; by paying, you also accept Stripe's terms.
The first-order 30% discount applies automatically for first-time customers on their first paid order. It cannot be stacked with other promotional discounts, and it applies only once per customer (as identified by email and payment method).
6. Shipping, delivery, and risk
Shipping is free worldwide to the countries listed on our shipping page. Production takes 1–2 business days. Transit time is 5–18 business days depending on destination. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery by the carrier.
7. Returns, replacements, and refunds
Because each case is printed on demand for you, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. If your case arrives damaged, misprinted, or materially different from the preview you approved, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace or refund it. Details on our returns page.
8. Warranty and liability
We stand behind our print quality for 60 days from delivery under normal use. We are not liable for normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, or cases that have been modified. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
9. Changes to the service
We may add, remove, or change AI styles, phone models, and features at any time. If a change materially affects your active order, we'll notify you by email before fulfilling.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, or (at your option if you are a consumer in the EU, UK, or California) in the courts of your place of residence.
11. Changes to these Terms
We'll post updates here and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the new Terms.
